In 1986, my constitutional law professor called it "Harry's Abortion" after Justice Harry Blackmun. And this was a professor who had been the past president of the Philadelphia Chapter of the ACLU ... I can still hear him declaiming, referring to the extrapolation of the so-called "Right to Privacy" decisions, "Do you know what you get when you keep bending the Constitution to your desired result?!" All seventy of us waited with baited breath- "You get a bent Constitution!"
